Black and cream wavy striped dress

Great dress zip back, lined sleeveless, comfortable. I bought this from the store with a slight discoloration in the fabric see pic. You can’t see it at all when when wearing I just happened to notice is one day about 3 weeks after I bought it. I did everything I could to remove it but I think it is just the way the fabric was dyed.
