Black and cream lace dress

Black and cream lace top, lined dress. Has flower detail that did not wear well in my closet (see pic) though the piece is new with tags and never worn. Flower detail can likely be removed, though I haven’t examined how (it is sewn on). Measurements- Chest- 13 in Length- 59 in from shoulder Waist- 13.5 in
