JOA Los Angeles black party dress. New with tags this is a unique dress. An Open “knit “ type overlay which allows the camel color lining to peek through . a decorative strip runs vertically mid line from collar bone to just below breast. There is no lining behind this strip . This strip meets another same strip that runs from side seam left to right.this horizontal strip is lined. Both strips are 2”wide. See last few photos listed.
