Black and blue/teal dress

Beautiful girls dress! Tag says size girls 14 but I wear a medium and it fits me. The sleeves have slits in them. I tried to picture it. I absolutely love this dress but the sleeves are gathered at the end and the elastic is to small for me. The dress is very well taken care of. Please let me know if you have any questions.
