Black and blue sheath dress

One of my favorite dresses ever! This black and blue dress from ModCloth is SO comfy and has pockets!!!! The thick laced upper body is adorable. The skirt part is a gorgeous blue. It does not have any stretch to it though. This dress is in very good condition, worn twice and the lace is really good quality and is all in tact, no pulls!
