Black and blue floral floor-length dress

This is a floor-length, stunning dress! Body con to flare at the bottom, with pads and see through slots at the waist. I wore it to my prom, but you can wear it for any fancy event! Made in the USA, and I only wore it once, so overall super good quality! There is taffeta and tulle underneath the skirt that will make you feel like a princess 👑💖 the flowers are a vibrant royal blue💙 I also shortened it because it was originally too long on me lol, so it would best fit someone 5’4’’ (my height).
