Black and Wine Plaid Tie Waist Dress by BCBGeneration

Black and maroon/wine plaid mini dress by BCBGeneration. Dress has a panel on each side that ties in the front. V-neck but it still has the black collar around the neck. Longer short sleeves. Woven fabric is not stretchy. 53% cotton/47% rayon. Worn once. Great condition. Size XS. I’ll include measurements of the dress without it being tied, but keep in mind the tie at the waist makes it tighter around the waist and hip area.
