Black and White button down shirt

Silky poly Polka dot button down. Full length sleeves have slit on sides, but not too long. From the front and back , the fabric is crinkly, and smooths out towards bottom. I think it's clear from pics , hard to describe. Slightly sheer, I'd probably wear a cami for full coverage. Bust: 29", length: CB to hem: 33", underarm to hem:22". Poly woven fabric, but has good stretch.
