readeadams @chloestine Petite sizes, recommended for women 5'0"-5'4", have a reduced sleeve and torso length to better fit smaller frames. This dress is still a 10, but it's cut a little shorter through the torso. I don't think you will see a lot of difference in fit other than it might be a bit shorter in length than a regular 10 to accommodate the shorter torso. Would you like measurements or are you just browsing? Let me know. :)

readeadams @dizzyval Oh, got it. Duh. I had cataract surgery about a week ago in one eye, and now the eyes are not working together when I'm reading. I'm told that new lens will help that. Obviouly, I need them. :)
