Black and White Tweed Bottom Dress with Belt

The top is black (made of polyester) with ruffles in a V at the top. The bottom is black and white tweed (fit is like a pencil skirt) with a slit in the middle of the back. It hits at above the knee for me; I’m 5’10. The belt is coming apart at one end as seen in the photo-I believe it is an easy repair and tbh it’s hardly noticeable when you’re wearing the dress.
