Black and White Striped Tank Dress

Dress has two layers. Top layer is sheer with black and white strips that gradually get thicker. Top of dress has the shape of a racer back tank with light elegant gathering at the scoop of the neck. Dress has an elastic waist and comes with a sash belt that can be worn and tied in the front, side, or back. The dress can also be worn without the sash as the loops are small pieces of white string that are not noticeable when not wearing the sash. (Emunelee for Francesca's Collections)
