It has puffy sleeves that tighten at the wrist, and it has ribbing detailing which is also distressed slightly at the neck, wrist, and hem. There are holes across the top as pictured, which are intentional and part of the design of the sweater. The material is soft with a bit of stretch for the perfect fit.
