Black and White Striped Skater Dress by Forever 21

Cute basic tank style black-and-white striped skater dress by Forever 21. Stretchy knit material. 73% polyester/23% rayon/4% spandex. Bodice is fitted and skirt flares out. Back zipper. Bodice is lined, skirt is unlined. Has belt loops, but does not have a belt. I always wore it with a black leather wrap belt. Looks cute with red accessories too. Was just a good basic dress that didn’t wrinkle a lot and I could just throw it on, add a belt, and go. Preowned in good condition with very minor signs of wear. Size small but please see measurements below for best fit.
