Hello! This is a black dress with small white polka dots all over it. It has a halter top, which ties behind your neck and is adjustable. The skirt of the dress has a tutu attached to the bottom to give it a little bit of a poof. This is such a cute dress! I love how the tutu adds some flair and uniqueness to this piece.
