Black and White Polka Dot Midi Short Sleeve Button Up Ruffled Dress

I don’t have enough good things to say about this dress! It’s preppy, functional, simple, and elegant. The dress is all black with tiny white polka dots throughout, featuring 6 buttons starting at the waist to the top, slightly ruffled sleeves, ruffled collar, and a slightly sheer fabric. It’s in great condition with only one flaw: a slight tear on the right sleeve. There is no tag, so I don’t know the size or brand but it fits me perfectly, and I’m a small.
