Black and White Polka Dot Collared Button Down Dre

Worn twice. In excellent condition. The shape of the dress is very flattering. It fits tighter at the top and then flares out. It's long enough to be worn to most occasions but still hits above the knee.There is a cutout across the top and it unbuttons all the way down. The tag says small but I wear a medium and this fits fine.
