Black and White Open-backed bi-fabric TShirt Dress

Black and white bicolored tshirt chiffon dress. Double layered fabric. Sleeve and blouse are a roomy fit, skirt is more fitted. Opened-back slit exposes back slightly from neck to hips. Tied apron-like front - very unique. Worn but in good condition. No rips, tears or stains.
