Black and White Formal Gown - NWOT Black Tie Evening Gown

This was a bridesmaid dress but the bride changed her mind to another gown before the wedding. NWOT. Never worn. Fits more like an 8/10. It’s pretty formal and would look great for a black tie event. There is a slight train to the back. Strapless, slight sweetheart neck. Never been altered.
