Black and White striped cocktail dress with a sweetheart neckline. This dress is so cute! It’s made from stretchy scalloped fabric. It’s tight through the chest and just above the hips turns to an a-line. It falls just above the knee (for me, 5’4”). Originally paid $80, asking $50 OBO.
