Black and White Chevron Dress

NWT Black and White Chevron dress. Purchased from ModCloth a few years ago, but never worn. The plastic hanger straps have been removed (see last picture). It's about 27" long from the middle of the back of the dress to the bottom hem. It comes from a smoke-free home.
