What are the skirt measurements?--waist & hips? Is it stretchy? no pockets, right? (I assume the top is cropped? A lot or just a slice of skin?)

If you look at dressed in lala for sizing it’s very acurate. This is stretchy material and flattering. The top is cropped like a sports bra but the skirt is worn high waisted.
I have a 39 inch hip and this fit comfortable but not super tight.
