Black and White Blouse

Very comfy and lightweight textured blouse that has fringe detailing on the bottom and sleeves. The fabric tag has been cut out, but there is a tad bit of stretch. I think this was made to be worn as oversized in nature. Zipper detailing in back. The blouse also goes slightly up on the sides with the hem detailing.
