Black and White Adjustable Top

White blouse with black and grey design on the front. Sleeves are wide and flowy and the sides taper in. The back has a small triangle opening in it and the top has a string attached that allows you to adjust it so the blouse can go from a t-shirt to an off-the-shoulder top. Has been worn but in good condition with very slight pilling on the fabric.
