Black and Light Blue Hoco / Homecoming / Prom Dress Size 3

Cute and simple dress. The sides are cut-out sheer and on the non see through part there is a twist shape. Honestly it is very hard to tell, but it does make the dress a bit more unique. No flaws. Never worn and the tags are still on. Bought for Covid year of homecoming, and then there was no dance. It is size 3, but it fits like a size 4
