Very cute pleated LOFT skirt. Black with tiny ivory/cream polka dots all over and a beautiful decorative border around the bottom of the skirt. Waist measures 16” across Overall length is 24” from waist to hem Side zip closure, right at knee length on me and I’m 5’5” tall
