Black and Blue cut out dress

Shorter dress that has cut outs under rib cage and stomach area. Tags say large but a small medium could fit this very easily. Silver zipper back and adjustable straps for length on top. Very flattering on... Going out dress for sure! Says large but Medium would be perfect! 95% polyester 5% spandex. There is a good amount of stretch too!
