ralberico3 @sukhe3 hi! The waist is 12” across unstretched, but easily stretches a few more inches. Length is about 13” from bottom of waistband. I usually wore it with dark tights or leggings.

ralberico3 @sukhe3 sorry for the delay! (And the mess in the back). The elastic sits at my waist and the skirt still covers my bottom when sitting. Hope this helps!
