Black and Blue Floral Short-Sleeve Blouse

This sweet floral shirt is perfect for work this spring/summer! With a mock turtleneck, which fastens with bronze buttons at the top of a peek-a-boo eyelet, has some four wide pleats on the front, giving the blouse movement and room.
