Black a cream tulle dress from Anthropologie

Beautiful black and cream v-neck dress from Anthro. Black band hits above the belly button with tulle bottom. Has a layer underneath so it’s not see through. Side zipper. Worn once. Short sleeve perfect for summer weddings! Has a good twirl to it as well. Hits about knee length (I’m 5’6) it’s is petite small, I am not petite and it fits perfectly.
