Black Wool Felt Vintage “Street‎ Smart” Betmar Bowler Hat With Bow Inside measures 6” across & 8” front to back. Not a wide brim at about an 1 1/4”. Pretty velvet trim and medium bow in back. Well made in the USA Was used on a few trips, but hardly at all. Hat is a dark black with a slight reflection/shine on the ribbon. It is hard to photograph black, but it is a solid black felt. Top is flexible and can be round or dip in. This cute hat is ready for a new hat rack!
