Black Witchy bell-sleeved tie-blouse

Never worn with tags. This is a cover/shawl/blouse that is perfect for that a beautiful flowy look. Flowy bell sleeves, and tie waits. Somewhat sheer. All around beautiful I just never could figure out how to wear it with my shape.
