Black Windsor Sequins Dress

It’s a turtle neck dress! Has a back zipper closure, feather accents on the shoulders, fitted long sleeves and sequins throughout for added sparkle and glam. Includes a bandeau and brief knit lining and is composed of a sheer mesh fabric with minimal stretch. It was worn once for a pageant and it’s in perfect condition.
