Black & White Unique Two Sided Skirt

This is a very unique piece. The right side is a black and white pinstripe pleated pattern and the left side is solid black with a ruffle. Waist is elastic so has some stretch. Unfortunately there are no tags indicating a brand or actual size, but based on the waist measurement (10 inches unstretched) I am listing it as XS.
