Black & White Tweed Mini Skirt, Super Cute, Size XS

This is a very stylish mini skirt from a cute boutique on the Upper Westside of Manhattan. It never made it into my rotation - I couldn't pair it with my Los Angeles weather style - so it has never been worn. It has a pretty 3-tiered ruffle at bottom and a side zipper. The material has thread going throught the pattern which has an ever so slight sparkle which gives the look dimension and is a really nice touch. Brand is Costa Blanca.
