Black + White Stripped Collared Dress

I don’t know the brand. It was thrifted to me and now it needs a new life. There is a stain near the buttons, shown in image 8. Just slightly discolored, but still in good condition. Size M Side Zip. Button front. Lined. Yes, it has pockets! I’m 5’3” and 140 lbs. So it’s big on me. I wore it once last year and it fit… was a size 10.
