Black & White Striped Maxi Skirt

I'm not sure where I got this because there is no tag inside, but this is a very basic staple item. I'm 5'6" and this skirt touches the ground when I wear it slightly above my belly button. I normally wear a size 6/M in bottoms and the waist on this skirt is a little too big for me, so I'm going to list it as a large. material is a very stretchy cotton-type. super comfortable, just a bit too big for me.
