Black & White Peplum Dress

Cute peplum bodycon dress in allover black and white pattern. Fabric is thick and stretchy with a raised texture. I believe it’s neoprene. Versatile style, can dress up for formal / party wear or dress down for office / workwear. Never worn, excellent condition. Elbow length sleeves. I removed the tag at some point so I’m not sure what brand or size, but measurements put it right around a women’s 12 / L. Given forgiving nature of fabric I’d say anyone with proportionate body measurements for sizes 10-14 would be ok in this. Approximate measurements taken flat across the front: 19 inch bust, 16.5 inch waist, 19.5 inch hips, 37 inches from shoulder to hem.
