Modified with Spandex, smooth non wrinkle Black and White “bubble dot” skirt. My personal item, I’d say Size M see measurements in last pic. Kick pleat in back for easy walking, above the knee. (Has a bluish stain inside on bottom, may be dark Woolite. No bearing on the outside)
