Dress is in good preowned condition. Features tank sleeves and long maxi length. The top portion is elastic and there is a lace pattern near the bottom. Tag says OS. My mannequin is a size M for reference. I believe it would best fit a M/L because of the loose roomy fit and the elastic around the top. Please note tiny hole near bottom of skirt. Not noticeable but pictured and measured for full disclosure.
