Shiny shiny! Very cute skirt that has functional buttons down the front and an elastic waist. It still has the extra button attached with the tags. It is marked 1X, but runs big, I would say up to 18. The waist measures 19” across, unstretched. It goes up to 21” across with the elastic. By Wild Fang + BP. Bought from Nordies, never worn.
