Yves Saint Laurent pumps with a long leather strap to wrap around the ankle. The heel is 12 centimeters high and the platform measures 2 centimeters. A slightly square sole trimmed with silvertone studs. A braided strap across the toes and forefoot. The long leather strap has to be wrapped around the ankle twice and then tied with a bow.
