Vintage skirt made with even more vintage fabric! Hand made, lined in solid green. Above the knee skirt, black base with cockatoo parrots and foliage. Possibly made from a vintage tablecloth? Closes with a zipper and button in back, has small kick pleat. Fitted waistband Excellent condition, fits like an XS in my opinion, but please check measurements Across waist: 12" Across hips: 16" 17" length
