Black Velvet evening gown

Black Velvet evening gown. size 4. Has a small burn in Waist area. As shown in pictures. Can be worn with a belt over it and it will not be seen. If measurements are needed feel free to ask and I will include those. Has a V-cut back, but it is not low. Boat neck. Has thigh high slits on both sides. Dry clean only. Has already been professionally clean.
