Black Velvet and Iridescent Purple Childs Dress

Black velvet bodice and an iridescent purple/blue floral skirt. Has adorable matching bows on the sleeves. Buttons up in the back with a tie at the waist. Has a small 1 inch tear in the skirt on the right hand size, hardly noticeable with the full skirt. Skirt has a build in black petticoat. Girls size 7, measurements available upon request.
