Black Velvet Vest w/ Satin Ribbon

Black velvet stunner with military inspired buttons marching down the front. The back features a large satin ribbon, which laces around the waist. I hate to part with this, but I bought hoping to lose weight to fit. However, I can't wait and need to make some Christmas money to buy gifts for my little boy, which is more important. There are no tags, but this has never been worn. This would look quite beautiful over a white button down with jeans and a jacket or cute plaid skirt for the holidays!
