Black Velvet Tunic w/Sequin front

Never worn, beautiful black Velvet tunic with side slits and black sequin detail around neckline and down the front. Has left side zipper, and a hook & eye closure in front. Photos don't due this justice. 100% non-smoking home. This is a size 8, but fits like a 6.
