Black Velvet Tube Top

Black Velvet / Velour with gold tribal print bandeau from Forever 21. Size small but can fit a bigger busy, I am a 34 C for reference. Goes great under a sheer shirt, opened button up shirt, or on its own with high waisted shorts or skirts! Sometimes bandeaus can be restricting, but this material is stretchy and very comfortable!
