Black Velvet Strapless Dress! Size 10, never worn.

I bought this dress for the velvet (to make stockings), awhile ago-vintage and never worn. I think it was a semi expensive dress-wish I was smaller and could pull off wearing it! Very Audrey Hepburn-classic lines, if you were dancing the velvet would swirl! It’s lightweight enough to move-very pretty velvet. I’d love someone to wear it and feel beautiful! Will price so someone can ❤️
