Black Velvet Skirt, Vintage 80’s

This is a beautiful midi length black velvet skirt by Petite Idea. This is an 80’s does the 50’s style. I am showing it with a crinoline slip underneath and have paired it with a 50’s influenced Anthropology sweater.
