Black Velvet Petersyn Vivian High Waist Wide Leg Trousers

I am heartbroken to be selling these. I had the hem taken up to fit me and now they are too small. I bought them new on clearance in 2019 The velvet material makes these wonderful formal pants for the winter. I have the same pair in burgundy that fit slightly smaller for sale as well. Condition - Good, velvet is slightly crushed at top of waistband from pants hangers. Hard to see unless yo are looking for it/know it’s there. Color - Black Size - XS, fits a 25-27” Waist, 17” Rise, 34” Inseam. I am 5’9” and have to wear heels with them.
